Was ready to buy a 2022 Chevy truck. Worked with Patricia (she was nice and did her job.) When it came to making a deal, I was going to trade in my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road with 8 Worked with Patricia (she was nice and did her job.) When it came to making a deal, I was going to trade in my 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD off road with 8200 miles. Mr Sanchez offered me 30 thousand. For this basically new vehicle. Saying this is what it was worth.. What a joke/slap on the face.. Carmax offered 36thousand at least.. Finally went to Chalmers Ford who offered to buy this same Tacoma for 39thousand cash or 40thousand as a trade.. Wow talk about being treated with respect... Reliable Chevy lost any bit of respect I have for them.. Side note on the reliable Chevy used car lot they had a 2022 Tacoma that had 15thousand more miles and they were asking 46 thousand..hahahah Needless to say I ordered a 70thousand Ford.... Don't let J Sanchez screw you over... More

I paid a lot of money (over 2 thousand dollars) for poor quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor qua quality of service. I have only been in New Mexico 41 days and my vehicle is still in the shop since September 23rd, 2022 and counting do to poor quality technicians as well as communication among the staff. Today is October 11th, 2022. The Lyft service that they provide is free and is extremely poor quality also (i.e. Long wait times, consistent changing of drivers, poor quality of vehicles and very unclean vehicles, etcetera). I've been lied to, my phone calls have been ignored. I have requested/demanded to speak to the "General Manager" Ken Orosco and my request was ignored. I'm deeply disappointed and beyond!!!!!!!! Patricia was really nice, she answered all of my questions, helped me throughout the whole process of buying a vehicle and even after that day she is still clearing my doubts. The best thing was tha questions, helped me throughout the whole process of buying a vehicle and even after that day she is still clearing my doubts. The best thing was that she is bilingual so that made me feel way more comfortable to ask questions. She worked with me to get to a comfortable monthly payment.
