Patricia Charles was my sales person and I would like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Ms. Charles for the positive vibes from beginning to end in my car buying experience!! NO gimmicks, she didn't try to pull t give a huge SHOUT OUT to Ms. Charles for the positive vibes from beginning to end in my car buying experience!! NO gimmicks, she didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes, she was up front, and TRUTHFUL in everything that was brought to the table!! When I didn't understand some of the dealership lingo, or terminology in the financing, I felt at ease to ask and she explained in a way that I could understand. Purchasing a vehicle is exciting, it also can be scary in a sense, Ms.Charles....OMG😁..leaving Reliable Chevrolet that evening, I felt like one of the luckiest and completely satisfied customers with her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, and with her determination to get us the best deal, she helped us leave the lot with a BRAND NEW, NOT USED, A BRAND NEW 2022 EQUINOX!!!!!!!
