When we first came to Reliable Chevrolet my husband and I weren't sure what vehicle would be best for our growing family. First, we were met by Diego who right away made us feel comfortable with how friendly and knowledgeable he was. Any questions or models we wanted to view were patiently shown and given great detail on the specs of each one. This first impression was actually what made us decide to come back with a decision to buy from this location. The next sales rep who helped us was Marcel, who was also another excellent person to work with. He spent so much time with helping to narrow down which truck was the right one for us. He had a great attitude and his knowledge of all the vehicles was beyond expectation. I was impressed with how easy going the entire experience overall was. Other dealerships can make you feel like you're rushed or being forced into something you aren't completely happy with, but this just wasn't the case with Reliable Chevrolet. I'm confident enough to say that I was given all my options and we were able to make the right choice not only for the type of vehicle we wanted for our family but also for the price that we would be comfortable paying.
