Great experience I have purchased many trucks over the years, but I was especially pleased with my experience at Reliable Chevrolet. My worked mostly with Raul and he I have purchased many trucks over the years, but I was especially pleased with my experience at Reliable Chevrolet. My worked mostly with Raul and he was knowledgable on all aspects of GM trucks, but was not pushy. In the end, I felt he worked hard to get me a price I could live with. Finding a good salesperson who had a positive attitude. My wife and I were looking for a used SUV that was big for taking grandchildren and their friends to events. We just happen to see that Reliable Ch My wife and I were looking for a used SUV that was big for taking grandchildren and their friends to events. We just happen to see that Reliable Chevrolet was open on a Sunday, and stopped in. The salesman that greeted us was Brandon Pallottino. We told him what we were looking for and what features we wanted. Brandon showed us a 2014 Yukon SLT XL that was in good condition. There was no pressure from Brandon who was easy going, when sales people from other dealerships tried to pressure us to by something right away, we just say thank you and walkaway. Brandon made sure everything was made right with the little things that we found wrong on the SUV. More

Typical Used car salesman and management Purchased a used vehicle only a few years old that I was told that everything on it was checked and that it all was like new. A week or so later I to Purchased a used vehicle only a few years old that I was told that everything on it was checked and that it all was like new. A week or so later I took it in to the service dept. after my battery had completely died and let them know that I didn't think the seats were heating up when activating the heated seats function. The service department person said that it's probably because the weather is still hot so they're not kicking on. I thought that sounded weird but decided to take his word for it since he's supposed to be a professional when it comes to this kind of thing. Now in sept/oct when the weather is changing it has proven that the seats do in fact not work. When running a diagnostics test (which I thought was done before they resold the vehicle) they say that both seat pads are not functional. So I call and talk to Brandon Gonzalez and he tells me all they check is for safety issues. I told him the truck was sold to me as "everything was new and working properly." He says yes but that's only meant for safety not additional features that there's nothing they're going to do about it. So after all that he stays quiet and asks if there's anything else I needed. So bottom line is they're typical used car salesman and management. SHOP ELSEWHERE! More

Service Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member Richard always goes above and beyond every time I bring my truck in for service. Today was no exception; after overhearing that another service member was unable to replace my brake light bulb he proceeded to replace the bulb himself and then walked me through the inspection of my truck (my truck had just been in an accident over the weekend). He also talked with me about what to ask the insurance adjuster to make sure my family would be safe riding in my truck until the body work was performed. Over the years I have been coming to Reliable Richard has always been professional, helpful and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and it's service needs. More
