Took my car in for a diagnostic, was quoted $180, they charged for another diagnostic but didn’t tell me so my total ended up being $665. Advisor, Gabe was excellent. I was disappointed that the battery terminals and clamps could not be maintained due to the shop being out of the needed supplies. I would have expected a discount for this but did not notice it wasn't completed until I got home and read the work order more thoroughly. I was also told all fluids had been topped off but my windshield washer fluid is still almost empty. Lastly, I was quoted via the Chevrolet app a pair of windshield wipers at $49 but when it came time to pay they came across at $79. I applaud Gabe for making it right and reducing the cost to meet what I had entered on the service app. More
