Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The online scheduling was easy to follow and concise. I was disappointed in the service though. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and The online scheduling was easy to follow and concise. I was disappointed in the service though. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours to complete. I never got a status update from any of the staff in person or by text until the oil change was complete. Also at $220 it was by far the most expensive oil change I have had at a dealership in my life. When I got their Review Inspection emailed to me for what they call a 20 point inspection it was obvious they didn’t really look at my vehicle. On the inspection report they had my tire pressure listed at 42psi front and back. I drive a one ton diesel that calls for 80psi in the back tires and 60psi in the front and that is what I keep them at. So there is no way they can tell me they actually did a full inspection. As I said very disappointing. I hope others have had better experiences but I can’t recommend this dealership nor will I ever return. More
