Had a scheduled appointment for 8AM but when I arrived they said that there were no appointments scheduled. They lost my keys. Took an hour for them to bring my truck out. When tech brings my truck around he slammed on the brakes and locked up the tires. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The online scheduling was easy to follow and concise. I was disappointed in the service though. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and The online scheduling was easy to follow and concise. I was disappointed in the service though. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours to complete. I never got a status update from any of the staff in person or by text until the oil change was complete. Also at $220 it was by far the most expensive oil change I have had at a dealership in my life. When I got their Review Inspection emailed to me for what they call a 20 point inspection it was obvious they didn’t really look at my vehicle. On the inspection report they had my tire pressure listed at 42psi front and back. I drive a one ton diesel that calls for 80psi in the back tires and 60psi in the front and that is what I keep them at. So there is no way they can tell me they actually did a full inspection. As I said very disappointing. I hope others have had better experiences but I can’t recommend this dealership nor will I ever return. More
