They had our truck for 5 months waiting on a part. I know this was out of their control, but during this time there was no communication. When we got the truck back ot was filthy. There was used kleen I know this was out of their control, but during this time there was no communication. When we got the truck back ot was filthy. There was used kleenex on the floor, oil on the doors, shocks missing in the glove box, and now one of my vents won't stay open. There was also a flim on my windows that I still can't get off. Worst experience we have ever been through. More

I was in Reliable to determine why my vehicle was continuing have problems starting. The battery was tested by a service tech and determined to be good but was suggested to purchase a new battery by continuing have problems starting. The battery was tested by a service tech and determined to be good but was suggested to purchase a new battery by the Service Advisor(Angel Baros) and to return the vehicle if I continue to have problems with the vehicle. In addition, I used the shuttle service provided by Reliable. A problem was encountered in that the shuttle was sent to Reliable Nissan instead of Reliable Chevolet. The shuttle driver indicated that the map or address used by Reliable Chevrolet be changed or updated. I was able to get my vehicle quickly but will hope that the new battery sovles my problem. I was sold a used vehicle which gave me a lot of problems right away, Greg and David at service center was helpful and tried what they could to get the vehicle running as it should. Mike in the used vehicle dealership was able to trade in the first vehicle for a newer one. He made sure to take care of me and gave me a great deal on the newer one.
