Worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. Had my car for 2 1/2 months and all they had to do was clear and engine code. Took foooorever to complete a simple oil change and recall as well as left bolts out in my cup holders. I dropped off at 945 and literally didn't finish with it until 1:00. We have not had a car serviced by a dealership for some time since we tend to drive our cars to the ground. As such, there are no manufacturer's warranties to apply to our current automobiles. Our curren time since we tend to drive our cars to the ground. As such, there are no manufacturer's warranties to apply to our current automobiles. Our current car is more recent (2022) and can be covered by the manufacturer (unlike previously owned cars). The costs for service is higher than my expectations, but if it keeps our car under warranty, we will pay it. This service did not take as long as I was told and it was somewhat cheaper. I waited in the waiting room and it wasn't too unpleasant. More
