Deceptive Scheduling for Service Scheduled an oil change on my vehicle on line. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment, I was told it would take and hour and a half for Scheduled an oil change on my vehicle on line. When I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment, I was told it would take and hour and a half for the oil change. I told the representative I thought that was an excessive amount of time to wait for a scheduled oil change. I was told the time I scheduled was only to speak to him and I had other vehicles waiting ahead of me. I told him this was now the second time I have had troubles with reliable chevrolet service. Last time, my car sat for over an hour because they neglected to let me know it was done. I have left numerous messages trying to speak with the service manager with no call back. More

BEST SERVICE EVER I made the mistake of going to Walmart one time instead of the dealer for an oil change. Service Coupon I received a service coupon from Reliable Chevrolet for a front end alignment.. $39.95. I went to the service desk and asked if this coupon would a I received a service coupon from Reliable Chevrolet for a front end alignment.. $39.95. I went to the service desk and asked if this coupon would apply to my vehicle. I was told that it apply to my vehicle. I brought in my vehicle this morning for the alignment... the Estimate sheet was very clear. $39.95 for the alignment + $5.59 for Shop fee + $3.27 Tax... Bringing the total to $48.82. That sounded like a good deal to me....... When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was told that the total price would be $56.10. That amount did not seem to add up. I was directed to the service manager JC. JC was able to quickly determine what had caused the extra ~$7 charge. He explained what had happened and removed the charge....... THANKS JC. More
