When I drove up to the service dept,the employee(Keith) greeted me was very polite and took great care of me. It was nice to see how professional he was, my vehicle was ready within the time frame. I’ve just provided a review for Reliable Sales, but wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have wanted to also provide one for their Service Dept. With all of the vehicles we have purchased from Reliable (as mentioned in my Sales review) we have obviously had to occasionally utilize the Service Dept for a few warranty and recall items over the years. The service Advisor we have always “picked on” to assist us has been Rich Difino. Rich has always greeted us by our first names and has always delivered as promised. Rich communicates the status of our vehicle repairs in a timely fashion with explanations and advice that are easy to understand so that we can make wise decisions on how to proceed. Our vehicles are always returned to us freshly washed which is just the icing on the cake. I’ve also recently had the privilege of working with Mark Sanchez (their shop foreman) on a transmission concern of mine. This young man probably spent a total of 4 hours of his time with me over the course of two weeks answering my questions and researching to find a solution to my problem. Never once did he make me feel as if I was bothering him and always made sure that I was comfortable with the answers and solutions he was providing. This is the personal touch that we have come to expect from Reliable Service! More
