My vehicle has always been serviced at a Chevrolet dealer. My recent service appointment found 2 oil leaks. One of which had previously been repaired at Reliable Chevrolet (oil pan gasket). I reached out to the reliable Chevy service department regarding my concern and was told that the part was covered for 2 years unlimited mileage which I was within that time when the issue started again. It took several attempts of contacting the service department to obtain the repair order information where the oil pan had been repaired. The Service Manager Austin Goodwin finally contacted me back after several attempts. He apologized for the misinformation and told me that the oil pan seal was actually only covered for 6 months but asked if I would bring the car into Reliable Chevy to verify that the oil pan was actually leaking again and that we would come up with a game plan to take care of the situation. Previously I paid about 300$ at reliable Chevy to repair the oil pan less than 2 years ago - reliable Chevy went on to quote me almost 700$ to do the same repair. I followed up with Austin via email regarding the issue and explained that I thought he might reach out once he returned from vacation to address the situation - he did not respond. I followed up again and also asked why the quote to do the same repair was more than double what it was previously - his response was “ Upon inspection, our technician found the engine oil cooler leaking in addition to the lower oil pan gasket. We are not going to offer any assistance for those repairs, the failure occurred beyond the warranty period for the gasket. If you would like to present this information to Chevy’s Customer Assistance Center, you may reach them at 800-222-1020” I do not like to leave poor reviews. But after my experience with this Chevy service department and service manager - I felt it should be brought to light. More

When I signed the papers I clearly indicated that I didn't want any extended warranty, but apparently they forgot to mention this one. They just asked for my signature among all papers. The only thing that Ryan, sales person, explained was that he just bought a Tesla. Please be aware and look for Zaktek when signing contract. And cannot be cancelled. More

I went to look at a specific vehicle that they said they had in stock. I even talked to 4 different people who called asking me to come in. When I got there they didn't have the vehicle there. I was disappointed in this dealership. I brought in a car that I would like to sell and Jeremy the used car manager refused to give me an estimate on what it is worth. I was visiting the area for my sisters wedding. I needed DEF for my 2021 Silverado 3500 and stopped at your dealership. I was absolutely surprised when my truck was returned to me with the DEF filled up and DEF for my 2021 Silverado 3500 and stopped at your dealership. I was absolutely surprised when my truck was returned to me with the DEF filled up and was told that it was FREE.
