Perfect! After researching online, I pretty much knew I wanted a Lexus CT200H. We live in Sedalia, MO and don't have a Lexus dealer, so I again used the inter After researching online, I pretty much knew I wanted a Lexus CT200H. We live in Sedalia, MO and don't have a Lexus dealer, so I again used the internet to locate a couple of those vehicles at Reliable Lexus in Springfield. We drove down on a Saturday morning and arrived just before lunchtime. We were met in the lobby by Steve, the Sales Manager. He greeted us and got a little information, then turned us over the Kery Spinabella, a salesman. He couldn't have been nicer or more patient. He showed us the two brand new ones he had in stock and we test drove one. I fell in love with the car, but felt that one was too high tech for me and the other wasn't a color I really liked. As we were sitting at Kery's desk trying to make a decision, I looked out the window and saw a beautiful, white CT200H sitting in the front lot. Turns out it was a 2014 with 4000 miles that had only been used as a loaner. I said I wanted to drive it and Kery never batted an eye, even though it meant the sale would be several thousand dollars less. We drove it, bought it, and took it home that day. Kery was truly interested in making sure we got what we wanted and I couldn't be happier. More
