Walked into the Lexus dealership 6 months ago to get a feel for a new vehicle. My salesperson Jacob Keck was accommodating to my time and didn’t treat me like a tire kicker, I knew what I wanted, and 6 mo feel for a new vehicle. My salesperson Jacob Keck was accommodating to my time and didn’t treat me like a tire kicker, I knew what I wanted, and 6 months later when the car I wanted came available, he called me 10 minutes into his shift and I drove it home less than a week later. Impeccable customer service, communication, courtesy and attentiveness to my needs. I didn’t feel pushed, rushed or like I was a commission check waiting to be cashed. By far the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. Could not recommend him or his team enough. More
