While JT and Becca were very pleasant, the finance portion was terrible. There were entries we were not told about. We were also informed that while there was a warantee on our new vehicle, there were a lot of components that were not covered. We reluctantly agreed to additional coverage for approximately $800. When we recieved our financial papers we discovered that this was per year, the total for the addional coverage was $4150!! We spent hours on the phone and talked to many people to try to get this resolved. As of three weeks after our purchase, I'm stil not sure. This is the first time we ever bought a new car with a waranty that wasn't.
