I recently decided to go in for the new RX350H. I had heard that there was a long wait for the RX and an even longer wait for the RX hybrid. When I reached out to Reliable Lexus in Springfield MO however, I had a refreshingly different experience. I was put in touch with one of their sales rep, Mr. JT Gacsi. JT took a genuine interest in my needs and discussed options.
