We just purchased our RX350 from Reliable Lexus and had a very seamless experience from the very beginning when Chad Betzler met us outside on the lot. In this difficult time of getting inventory, Chad and Anthony (service manager) found a car that met our specifications, color, and interior color right away and they were able to get it reallocated to their dealership upon its creation in Canada. Chad kept us informed every step of the way and was always available for questions. I didn't actually have any interaction with the other sales staff at Reliable, but I'm so very glad that we were matched up with Chad in the very beginning. If you're planning to shop for a Lexus (and who wouldn't want to), you would be doing yourself a big favor by asking for Chad.
