The Vehicle I purchased was sold as certified pre-owned and in my opinion was not properly inspected as part of the certification process. The vehicle had what appeared to be a minor electrical issue at th and in my opinion was not properly inspected as part of the certification process. The vehicle had what appeared to be a minor electrical issue at the time of sale which actually and ended up being major transmission issues that required nearly a month of repairs to address before I could take possession of the vehicle. While I cannot verify the statements I have spoken with the previous owner of the vehicle and Per our conversation the transmission issues were disclosed at the time of trade in and it appears Corwin didn't properly investigate them. After taking possession of the vehicle on the drive home multiple smaller items were also found. An exhaust leak that required another week at a dealership to address. A blown fuse for the starter that had been bypassed, multiple missing and stripped bolts on the skid plates under the vehicle. In general it appears the inspection done to certify the vehicle was done extremely poorly and most issues with the vehicle were not caught. As a final nail in the coffin Corwin appears to have lost the front portion of the skid plate I need to mount a front license plate and will cost me nearly $700 to purchase a replacement. Upon realizing I was missing the component I reached out to both Corwin and the previous owner while once again I have no way to verify the previous owners statement according to him the part was in the truck when it was traded in and in pictures he provided me of the truck it when he owned it the part is visible however in the dealer photos it is not. Throughout the entire process communication has been difficult I have had to continuously call and text to get updates and it feels like getting anyone in management to call me is a major process. Even after picking up the vehicle I was promised all the service records for the work done and it has been a week and a half and nothing has been provided. More
