Bought a 2026 Escalade and the engine blew up before it had 11,000 miles. Towed to Corwin and Jasmine was my Service advisor. She did a great job with communication. After 8 weeks I finally got my vehicle had 11,000 miles. Towed to Corwin and Jasmine was my Service advisor. She did a great job with communication. After 8 weeks I finally got my vehicle back. The drivers seat and area were all greasy and the vehicle was unwashed. I started to drive it and the check engine light was still on. After installing the new engine they never test drove it. The 2 fuel injectors were damaged while they installed the new engine. Terrible quality control and customer service. You should go elsewhere More

Within a few minutes, Nick sent me a walk around video of the truck I was interested in. We also discussed trade-in value and financing - all seemed reasonable. We set an appointment for a day and a half later and he had the truck ready for me when I arrived. The truck was as described, and the whole process went smoothly. Ana Silva took care of the paperwork, and we were back on the road. The whole process was straightforward.
