I would strongly advise anyone considering Corwin Ford Republic or and Corwin to be extremely cautious. In January, I requested a refund for a service contract I purchased while I was employed there. I was lied to about the contract terms, delayed for months without action, and misled repeatedly about the refund process. Only after pushing for answers did they finally admit that my cancellation was never processed until nearly three months after my original request. Even worse, a manager at Corwin Ford Republic made personal threats against my business reputation simply because I refused to accept being lied to and ignored. I have written proof of everything that was said. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of dealership leadership, including Jeff McConville, no accountability has been taken. Corwin Ford Republic clearly does not value honesty, customer service, or professionalism. I have documented the entire situation and will continue pursuing this through all appropriate channels. Save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere that will treat you with honesty and respect. More
Bought a F150, high pressure and the usual silly games. Never came with a manual and after a year of trying to get them to give me one, I gave up. So I have worked with Brian Hinkle a couple times. When I bought a vehicle he worked well with the price everything I wanted. Absolutely horrible! Had my oil changed in my car yesterday. Had an 8am appt. My car didnt move until 1. I am so glad I wasnt waiting on it or relying on them for a time frame. They did not call me or update the app until I called them at 445. I had to call 7 times before I got an answer! Everytime, it would go to voicemail or I would get someone and it would go to voicemail when I was transferred. They also never rotated my tires but the paperwork states they did! I had a tire pop awhile back that I had replaced so I know what tire that was as it was a different brand. It was in the same spot. I also asked for an appraisal while they had it. I just now got it, over 36 hours later from them having my car!!! I paid 29k for this vehicle 1 1/2 years ago from them. I have to drive 50 miles a day to and from work so I put on more than the "normal" daily mileage average but they offered me "around 15". Not even a set amount either. They were very vague about it. I told them to go kick rocks because I paid 29k for it less than 2 years ago. I was not taking half! I know they have to resell the car but that is a bit extreme! They dont care about their customers, they dont care if you have a time frame you have to have your car back by, nor do they care what you think of them. I have never dealt with a company so self centered and ridiculous! I will ride my horse to work before I purchase another vehicle from this company. I will also take my oil changes somewhere else too. They ignore their customers, do not seem to care about money and will talk down to you like they are some kind of rich snob and you are a poor homeless man. Never again. More
