Greg was fantastic while going through the process of leasing a new car Gregory was very helpful and knowledgeable. We discuss options and what was the best way to go about purchasing a new car. I left that day to think of all the options. When I returned I was waiting for Mike Rogers while he was busy with other clients. He noticed I was there and told me to speak with Albert Salib since he was with someone and did not want me to wait any longer. This act of selflessness showed me that it was not about the sale. It was about putting the customer first and making sure they were be taken care of. I work in sales so this is something I don't see. After sitting with Albert we went over many options and discuss different vehicles which would fit my needs. His character made it very easy for us to be open and answered all our concerns in the most professional manner. Albert went above and beyond to help me obtain a new vehicle. Nightmare I spent 7 hrs in the dealership waiting for sign papers and leave with the Volkswagen Rabbit I purchased I finally get to the finance department and a I spent 7 hrs in the dealership waiting for sign papers and leave with the Volkswagen Rabbit I purchased I finally get to the finance department and am told after leaving a $1,000 deposit, they want $1600 more for a deposit. I told him I don't have any more money to give. He tells me he knows a place where I can borrow the money interest free if I pay it off in 6 months. I told him I could not afford to pay an Extra $250.00 a month on top of my car payment. His answer to me was: Well, you make $63K a year. I replied that I am a single woman who pays all the bill. It's not like I am a 2 income family. After I told him to squash the deal and return my deposit he came back and told me I could have a 60 month loan at $203.00 per month. I left the dealership at 7:45 and the car was to be checked over and ready for me to drive away. So far I have dealt with getting stuck twice in one day with a dead battery which was replaced, missing antenna, missing car mat, and broken promises from the service department. After having the vehicle towed to them and being 2 hours late to work, I told them I need a way to get to work. They told me to call the dealer in the morning at 7:30 and they would arrange a ride. I called for 90 mins. before someone answered the phone. Now I had to miss a day of work. Still am waiting for the antenna and mat. Revolution Kia is NOT true to their word.
