The Rhinelander Auto Group, specifically The Toyota Service Center excels in all areas of customer service. I brought my Tundra in an hour early, my mistake and they had the service done before the tru Service Center excels in all areas of customer service. I brought my Tundra in an hour early, my mistake and they had the service done before the truck was originally scheduled! They promptly let you know your vehicle is in (text). And when it is finished you receive another text with all the inspection results. I really enjoy their customer waiting area with: WiFi, coffee, tv, popcorn and slushies! Lots of comfortable seating with an island and some tables if you want to work or watch tv. I drive 60 miles from my home dealership to have my Tundra serviced in Rhinelander. A+ More

The device was very fast. I’m from out of state, so there were a few extra hoops they needed to do to execute my service. Zero problems. I just purchased a 2026 4 Runner and my husband bought a 2025 Tundra in February. We worked with Reese and he was absolutely awesome!
