Wife's SUV had catastrophic engine failure while on vacation in the Northwoods. Vehicle was towed to Rhinelander Cadillac on a Saturday afternoon in snowstorm. Very unfortunate situation but the dealership was transparent and honest and excellent communicating updates throughout the time we have been without vehicle.
