Book my service using their app which is almost unusable. Upon arrival the service reception had trouble finding my booking and asked me for all the information I had already entered in the app. Conclusion, Upon arrival the service reception had trouble finding my booking and asked me for all the information I had already entered in the app. Conclusion, the app is useless, call them instead. Once that was done they were very helpful in clarifying some things about my new car and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I even got an informative video of information regarding the work.
