Derek and Tom at Rhinelander Toyota went above and beyond to ensure we were able to drive home in our new vehicle despite it being past their closing time when the paperwork was all completed. I loved that our salesperson, Derek, was easy going and knowledgeable without being pushy. It made me feel comfortable asking questions and learning about the features of the Rav 4. Tom was also very friendly and professional. He was able to explain all the paperwork clearly and concisely and was also receptive to our questions. Every step of the way we were treated like valued customers. Calls were returned promptly and follow up after the sale was also prompt and professional. Went in for 20k scheduled inspection and inoperable distance measuring system encountered after bird strike. Was given reduction in diagnostic test repair as cause was only a failed sensor connector.
