Was very disappointed in this dealership. Had a purchase agreement written up for my bank. Told them I was taking it to my bank to get the loan. My bank approved it and I called to say I have Had a purchase agreement written up for my bank. Told them I was taking it to my bank to get the loan. My bank approved it and I called to say I have money in hand and was going to come and pick up the vehicle. The lady I was talking to named Meghan, then said they had someone looking at it. I told her I have money in hand and would be purchasing. She said she would call me back and let me know if this person didn’t buy the vehicle. I then said again I wanted to buy it, I had the money in hand. She said sorry but someone was looking at it and she would let me know. Finally called me almost two hours later to let me know that the person did end up buying the vehicle. In my opinion I thought it was wrong for them to show it and sell it to someone else when I said I had money and was going to come pick it up. Will never buy from there. The owner wasn’t very helpful either as he said he was going to talk to the lady and call us back. He never did. Very unprofessional. More
