I had a recall on my vehicle. Took over 3 weeks to book an appointment the girl kept saying she couldn’t find my info and then would call me back leave a message and we’re playin Took over 3 weeks to book an appointment the girl kept saying she couldn’t find my info and then would call me back leave a message and we’re playing phone tag. I arrived early for my appointment was told when scheduling it would take 30 minutes. I checked in and was asked if everything was out of my back seat and trunk. No, well it needs to be. Not told this on phone or it would have been done. After an hour I checked on my car was told you shouldn’t have been told that. An hour later my car was done. 2 hours not 30 minutes. Talked to in a very unprofessional tone. Will not go back I’ll make the drive to Green Bay or Appleton. All the other customers in there appeared to be treated very nice and friendly. More

The absolute best in my opinion. Our 2022 Highlander had an issue with heating/ac control unit. The issue was diagnosed, the part was ordered and replaced in a very timely manner as Our 2022 Highlander had an issue with heating/ac control unit.
