Riata Ford - Service Center

I had a major breakdown with my truck after having some performance issues, and had it towed to Riata and when it arrived Mr. JD promptly called me at the first opportunity walked me through how everything performance issues, and had it towed to Riata and when it arrived Mr. JD promptly called me at the first opportunity walked me through how everything was going to be done, and advised me that due to the age of the truck it may take longer to get the parts , and getting with the mechanic let me know the approximate price and hours for the repair,and after okaying the work I would have expected the repair to take a lot longer due to getting the parts but within 2 weeks, JD notified me the truck was ready to pick up and gave me the final price and repair was done sooner than I expected. JD stayed in touch with me the whole time my truck was in for service and kept me up to date and very helpful, and the diesel mechanic done an outstanding job getting my truck repaired, realizing these newer vehicles are harder to work on under the hood the mechanic did a thorough job troubleshooting all the problems and installing the correct parts, other mechanics overlooked and some of the ford mechanics missed. My truck now runs like that new truck I drove off the lot 18 years ago, the performance is a lot better! so thank you to JD and the mechanic for the outstanding work More
