No recommendations We were in originally for an oil change at 11:3o that was on our package from our buying the car it took almost two hours to get that completed . Then we were constantly being “ unsold “ on products that when looking in our owners manual aren’t even due yet . We did need to return for a warranty work on transmission cooler, which was to be looked into if it was covered under all our warranties that we bought or the 100,000 mileage warranty seeing it’s stull under 50,000 miles . We called him even though he stated he would check which one had it covered and call us back , he never did we had to call him . He didn’t have the information then we also asked about having a rental since it was warranty work , again he acted as if that was above his understanding. We came to pick up our car after rush hour hours to find our car without any service protection paper mats in the car and the stereo system blasting along with the air conditioner blasting, I understand they had to take our vehicle for a test drive but it doesn’t mean they have to have a “ joy “ ride in my nice Denali at my expense !
