I hope I didn't get screwed I bought a used SUV and it test drove great. Within 10 days, the undercarriage is making so much noice I'm afraid to drive it. I took it to Firestone and they say they hear something but can't figure out what. They did say the right front Strut is leaking. I was told that Dan Tobin changed a strut, Why wouldn't they change the leaking strut also? I assumed when they changed one that they would make sure both front struts were okay. Not the case. I love this SUV right now, but I hope it doesn't become a money pit. I'm afraid to call Dan Tobin because I was told that they don't fill up gas tanks cause that's Dan Tobin's way. I was told they would put 5 gallons in the tank ,but they never did that either. I bought it "As Is", but if it has unreasonable issues, thats not fair in my mind, not when I spent $20,000. I would not go back and I would recommend that you don't either. More
