Poor customer service I purchased a GMC Terrain 1 year ago and the Bluetooth hasn't worked properly. I've taken it to their service Dept 3 times for them to fix it and ever I purchased a GMC Terrain 1 year ago and the Bluetooth hasn't worked properly. I've taken it to their service Dept 3 times for them to fix it and every time they tell me it's fixed and it's NOT!! My vehicle is still under warranty but they tell me there is nothing else they can do. I have no other choice but to take it to another dealership. I will NEVER refer or deal with this dealership again!! The salesman was great, they reel you in and once you sign on the dotted line and have to use the service department it's down hill from there... More

Last week we took it in for service because all my dash lights weren't working kept flashing different messages. We didn't hear anything from service dept. Tuesaday at all Wednesday kept calling finally got a hold of someone they hadn't had time to look at it yet .later in the day day started checking it couldn't find the problem Friday they called said it took them 6 hrs. To diagnosis it was memory seat control modular and driver seat something. They told my husband would take 4-5 days to get part been without my car for a week already will cost $1105.98 plus tax not under warranty or anything or loaner cars . I don't know how they expect somebody to be without a car that long but the worse part is there customer service . More
Great Buying Experience I came into the dealership in September 2014 to have my 2010 Lacrosse serviced. While waiting I walked around the lot and saw the 2012 Enclave. To m I came into the dealership in September 2014 to have my 2010 Lacrosse serviced. While waiting I walked around the lot and saw the 2012 Enclave. To my surprise there were 2 that I liked. The salesman Paul Thompson was very attentive and helpful. I took booth vehicles out for a test drive with no intention of making a purchase. To my surprise but not really I fell in love with the Enclave and ended up leaving the dealership with it. The process went so smoothly. Kudos to Paul Thompson. I would truly recommend him to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More
Duane (the auto body manager) is awesome. I needed a new tail light assembly. The estimate reflected only what was needed to preserve the appearance and functionality of my car. He had promised me that it would be done during my lunch hour on Wednesday (5/17/2011), but I had to postpone because of my work schedule. I told him that I would arrive on Friday at 1 PM. In order to get me out during my luuch hour (and because of emergency repairs needed for other vehincles), Duane did the work himself. I was out in about 20 monutes! Even though I hope that I never need any additional body work on any vehicle I own, I will shop at Dan Tobin because of Duane. More

While my experience with Dan Tobin has always been positive,(I have purchased two cars from the dealership), on Saturday May 7,2011, Dennis and Howard exceeded even my high standards of putting the customer first. My 2010 Buick LaCrosse needed immediate service and I was leaving to go out of town. While the part needed wasn't readily available, Dennis and Howard used their expertise to take care of my situation. They used creative problem solving to achieve the positive outcome I needed. I have and will continue purchase and to have my cars serviced at Dan Tobin and to recommend the dealership to my friends and associates. I was impressed with Dan Tobin from my very first interaction with the live chat on their web site. The person I chatted with online had to refer me to a service adviser who called me within an hour interaction with the live chat on their web site. The person I chatted with online had to refer me to a service adviser who called me within an hour of completing the chat. Matt Erdlitz was the service adviser and he was very, very helpful. He needed a specific number off my car and explained to me where I could find it on my own so I could call him back with the information. I appreciated him saving me a trip to the dealership. When I called him back he used the number he needed to confirm the part needed was available and promptly scheduled me for an appointment to secure the part. I had not been at Dan Tobin before so I did not know the check in process. I was assisted quickly which was very helpful since I had my 7 year old son with me. We pulled the car into the service area, checked in, and the courtesy shuttle drove us home. The shuttle drive (I can't recall his name) was extremely polite opening the doors for my son and I when we got in and out of the van. Within an hour of dropping off my car, Matt called with an status update and informed me of a couple of issues they found during the 25 point inspection. He was able to explain each of the issues to me with an accurate cost of the services. I picked up my car after work the next day. Matt directed me to the cashier who completed the billing promptly. Imagine my surprise when she called someone to get my car and bring it me when I was done! I expected to be handed my keys and pointed to an area where I would walk through rows of cars to find my vehicle. I am extremely pleased with the service received at Dan Tobin and I will not only recommend them to others but also try to their service department for routine service needs as my schedule permits. For the routine maintenance Lori or Howard will explain what's being done and why. They keep me on track with the checkups and have helped me extend the life of my cars. They go out of their way to make things convenient for me. They know me and never make me feel like I've asked a stupid question. I'm impressed with all the knowledge they have and and their professional manner; I plan to continue to bring my cars to them for many years. More

The first time my car was hit in a hit-and-run and they were extremely helpful in working through the repairs and dealing with the insurance company. The second time my car was struck the damages were paid for in cash and Dan Tobin gave me the best estimate of the shops I vistited and stuck to that estimate. Their staff has always been friendly and accomidating, I've never had a poor experience in dealing with them. More
