My 2018 Terrain I have had to bring my new terrain, that had less than 100 miles on it when I purchased it in June, in for service 3 times in as many months. I’ve had my oil changed here several times and here again this visit could not have been any slower. 90 min for an oil change w tire rotation? i added an engine air filter which was supposed to take just “5 min” and it took another 40. Great service just don’t be in a hurry. More

Frustrated I have had my wife's GMC Terrain in and out of the service for a warranty problem since the beginning of the year. I think it was early July we got it I have had my wife's GMC Terrain in and out of the service for a warranty problem since the beginning of the year. I think it was early July we got it back last time, and we had a noise coming from the engine area. Called Glenn because I wondered if the serpentine belt had been replaced and he said it hadn't. I got some belt dressing and applied, because the belt looked good. It didn't work. We took it to get the oil changed the end of July at the Valvoline shop in Pickerington and I had asked them to see if the belt needed replaced, and they said it didn't. We took it in to our mechanics we have used over the years (Precise Automotive in Lancaster). The owner called me to tell me the noise was coming from the timing chain area. So I called Glenn back to let him know and get it in to be checked. Todd who I believe is a service writer, told me the problem was it being low on oil and that the noise went away. I had them go ahead and do an oil change and my wife picked it up yesterday. When she pulled in the driveway, I could hear the noise from in the house. Not fixed. Our goal was to trade for a new vehicle next month, but now I'm going to get not much for my trade, because of this engine noise. FRUSTATED! More
