Great service and quick work I drove in with no appointment and Dan Tobin GMC mechanics were able to check my coolant level, top off and roseate my tires in only 15 min! Service department :( DISAPPOINTMENT AGAIN! The service department needs to work on good customer service. Starting with greeting .I brought my car in due to it not starting, I have had 4 batter The service department needs to work on good customer service. Starting with greeting .I brought my car in due to it not starting, I have had 4 batteries replaced in one year. I picked my car up this time, with low air in my tire, I was shocked that no one could of put in in my tire, due to the fact is was in the service department. I always leave upset. So much so I am trading my Casscada in and will be happy this Dec. when my lease is up on the Enclave. Your folks in the service department need help with courtesy and helping the customer. More

Not recommended I made a 9am apt. for oil change, tire rotation, and take a look at display console/navigation system, it had been blank 5 or 6 times after start up. I made a 9am apt. for oil change, tire rotation, and take a look at display console/navigation system, it had been blank 5 or 6 times after start up. I dropped my vehicle off the prior night so they could get to it ASAP for them. They called said they couldn't get navigation display to act up. I said fine, it was noted. I said I needed the vehicle, I couldn't wait longer for it to act up and I would bring it by when acting up again, they said they would be sure to have the vehicle ready for me. I went to pick it up, after they had it for over 24 hours later, the oil change light was still on the anti-theft lug nut adapter was not disturbed, and associate there couldn't even tell me for sure what had been done. A total disregard of my time and coordination to get it there. I called and left a message the next day to have my rep to call and let me know if the oil change and tire rotation happened. I never received a call. More
