I bought my vehicle in for service and an employee left the window open and flooded the inside of my F-150. My vehicle sat there for 11 days for a power steering pump. I had an extended warrantee and still the window open and flooded the inside of my F-150. My vehicle sat there for 11 days for a power steering pump. I had an extended warrantee and still got a bill for repair work plus the $100 deductible. They changed my exhaust manifolds and I have exhaust fumes and a mildew smell in my vehicle. They then after picking up my vehicle accused me of an inappropriate conversation with a valet girl and asked me to not return. My vehicle is worse nw then when I bring it in for service. The staff is very polite and accommodating however their service to vehicles is substandard and they don’t stand behind their work. The service guy that worked with me no longer works there either. Seems like they have some problems. This is a place where the customer does not come first. More
