I had a 9am appointment for a simple tire rotation, for which I was put into the fast lane for quick service. I waited for awhile until finally asking how long it would take. I just don’t understand the purpose of making an appointment and also being put into a faster lane when it still took over an hour and fifteen minutes. They did waive the $10 charge but still was a hassle since I had my infant with me. More

All employees I had contact with were helpful. My overall experience was good. The deal given on the new car was great.
