Ibe just got the denial on my case# CAS-16622046K9W6L4 that they said they were going to give me financial assistance because of Ricarts misleading lifetime powertrain warranty! This has swayed me to mever own another Ford! Ive convinced my family and all the welder friends of mine buying new trucks that Ford was the best and now ive been slapped in the Face! When a customer is put in a bind because of a dealers misleading sales/marketing pitch to step in and take care of them! I can literally show all ive owned for the last 20+ years IS FORD! Never again will this happen to ME! I had one frien that went with Dodge and his warranty had just ran out and his Turbo went out and they still fixed it for him!
