Blown away My wife was interested in several new Ford vehicles. The Ford Transit Connect Wagon LWB was the only vehicle on her list that was not in stock. Paul Duffy, the sales manager, got one in from a dealer in another state for her to drive. She ended up choosing the Transit Connect Wagon. After her choice was made it was less than two hours and we were on our way home. Blown away by the attention we were given and the overall time investment to making the deal. There were no games, no fluff. Best car buying experience in my life. Nice Place! I ended up totaling my car and needed a new basically the very next day. I went to a smaller dealership thinking it would be easier to get a nice deal I ended up totaling my car and needed a new basically the very next day. I went to a smaller dealership thinking it would be easier to get a nice deal and a good car. Being 18 with no credit history, I went to the smaller dealership because they promised they could get anyone financed. In the end they did give me an offer but it was an outrageous price and through the entire process everyone there was super shady. Took them three days to get an answer on whether or not they would finance me. Once I got tired of waiting I went to ricart just to look around and see what they could give me. Found a different car that was newer, had less miles, and was more clean for the same price as the one at the other dealership. Unfortunately they could not finance me by myself and it took a lot of effort on my part to find a co-signer but that's how it is anywhere. Tim was super nice, could answer all of my questions, and was very straight forward with everything about the car and it's price. He made the experience very enjoyable, even just by his personality. For a big dealership like them I was very pleasantly surprised. More
