From the door, my name as well as the representative I would be working with was on a board, that small touch, along with the welcoming smile of the receptionist, put us on the right foot. I brought a friend with me who was looking to purchase a vehicle as well, but had not committed to a model, but it impressed him as well. After a very short wait, I and my guest were offered refreshments) my process began. I was asked, "what do you love about your current Focus", I explained my features and my desire for my dream car, a Ford Fusion. We went out on the lot and looked at models, colors, and cars within my price range and choices. After that, the deal began, we looked at all numbers and entered all the info and came back with possibilities and choices. I was given full info on how to set up my vehicle and sent an orientation video via email before I left the dealership. I never felt pressured to make a decision I could not live with! That feeling continued as I moved to Finance with Frank and at every interval I was treated fairly, with courtesy, and great hospitality, the way a car buying experience should be. My experience was so impressive to my friend, he also entered in to a new agreement with the other vehicle I looked at, A Ford Focus Titanium (he was a dedicated Chevy man), and I left with my dream vehicle, A Ford Fusion, with an Awesome APR!
