After a poor experience with another dealer, we drove nearly 100 miles from our home to purchase an Explorer from Ricart after researching what was available on their lot. Given Ricart's past reputation of being high pressure, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pressured at all. I was drawn to Ricart by the superior inventory and competi pressure, I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised that I was not pressured at all. I was drawn to Ricart by the superior inventory and competitive pricing. The whole process from start to finsh took only around 3 hours, including 2 test drives with 2 drivers. Jon, Zane, and Bill all did a great job. I'd like to give a special shout out to Austin Huffman, who works in used cars. He was my first contact at Ricart the previous weekend, as I was originally looking at a used car. He very patiently spent a couple of hours with me and my family and we tried to figure out what we wanted. After that visit, however, I realized that a new car might be a better choice for us as the pricing for a new Mazda 2 was not too far off from a used Mazda 3. Again, I felt very comfortable at Ricart. It's a big operation but run very efficiently. Thank you. More

Purchasing my F150 truck at Ricart Ford was an enjoyable experience. The sales person, Shane Gillespie was very knowledgeable of the product line I was shopping for. Shane was very patience with me as both of us walked the entire lot looking at all the trucks for the right combination of standard and optional equipment. Shane was easy to talk too and asssited me in finding the truck that met my towing needs and comfort package. I was very satisfied with the price I paid for the new F150. Ricart worked with me for fair market price for my trade-in to complete the sale. The staff did a wonderful job applying the protection package and cleaning the vehicle for delivery. I will be dropping my truck off at Ricart in the near future for installation of (spray in bed liner, toneau cover, and mud flaps)additional options.
