Each time we left with a vehicle but a less than pleasant experience. This time we left with both the vehicle we wanted and a great experience. Our schedules changed last minute so we ended up dropping in without an appointment. They were busy/short on staff that night but you would not know it. The managers and sales reps worked as a team to take us through options, test drive and financing. We never felt neglected and got through the process quickly. No pressure or hassle at all. We simply told them what we wanted in a car and rough price range. They ran numbers and only rolled out vehicles with that criteria. No pressure. No up sell. No funny business.
