I have purchased several cars from other dealers before where the sales staff was just in a hurry to make a sale. Well my experience with Don was not that way. And when I agreed to purchase a car he did everything to make the processed go very smooth. Just a great experience and a very nice sales person. More
Overall, I am very pleased with the sales experience at Ricart. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and brought information concerning optional configurations that would meet my needs at a lower price Ricart. There was very little pressure to buy - especially when it came to optional services and features. That was refreshing. Everyone from the sales representative though the manager, finance official and accessories rep was helpful, friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be for better quality control in prep of the vehicle... even so, I need to take into consideration the lateness of the purchase and the fact that the prep person was working beyond normal hours. More

I want to take this opportunity to thank Lyndsey Burks at Ricart for being the best Sales Representatives that we have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about our Kia Optima and extremely easy to w Ricart for being the best Sales Representatives that we have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about our Kia Optima and extremely easy to work with. We told him the 1st time we met him that we weren't there to buy that day. He didn't pressure at all; he simply gave us all the information we needed to make our decision, let us drive the car, and told us he was there when we were ready. It was his approach, demeaner, and knowledge about the vehicle that brought us back. We had previously visited a much higher pressure dealership earlier that week that had turned us off to going back to the other dealership. Lyndsey makes it very obvious that he cares about the customers and about the vehicles and strives hard to make the right match between the 2. He listens very well to our needs and is excellent about giving great advice and stearing us in the right direction. We have gone back several times to talk with Lyndsey since purchasing our Optima and keep in touch online, and we've been recommending him to our friends who are in the market for a vehicle. Ricart has an excellent employee in Lysndey Burks; to say that he goes above and beyond is an understatment. On the day of our purchase, we were also impressed with the other folks that helped us complete our paperwork. They strived to make sure we were getting the deal that we were looking for and worked to do research with the financing that benefited us. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and purchase (LOVE THE CAR) with Ricart. We will be back and we are making referrals. Thanks Ricart and Lyndsey!!! More
My slaes rep, Lyndsey Burks was great. Followed up and called me to let me know when he had the right inventory for me. He wasn't pushy at all - just helpful. The manager who worked with me on price did not come accross authentic. I prefer a genuine, accurate person doing my deal with me. Otherwise the check out process was done effciently. I have had several emails offereing assitance post the sale and one contact with my sales rep. The communications have not been over played. More
Last April, I was shopping for a new vehicle and therefore paid a visit to the Ricart MegaMall. From the moment we arrived, we experiened excellent customer service; our salesperson, Bob Tackett, wa therefore paid a visit to the Ricart MegaMall. He was most patient with us and truly listened To our needs; we ended up leasing a 2011 Kia Sorento, which I have been very happy with. I have been to the service dept @ Ricart since our lease began, where I have also received excellent service. I will be recommending Ricart and Bob Tackett to any of my friends who might be in the market for buying/leasing a new vehicle. More
