My car buying experience with Ricart Used Car Factory exceeded expectations. The entire buying process went very smoothly. He was very attentive in listing to me and answering my very specific car questions. The car that I purchased was loaded with new technology and Yeohoon patently helped me understand how all the features worked. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car, especially considering that this car does not have a high production volume. I casually expressed my preference for having the digital speedometer located in the center of the screen versus to the far right side. When I started the car to drive it home, I immediately noticed that the speedometer was now centered thanks to Yeohoon listing to me and caring enough to change the setting while I was busy finishing paperwork with the finance manager.
