Steve went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and my family. When our finances did not allow for the specific car that we initially wanted, he went out and found a car that was tailored to our needs. Steve worked very hard to make sure that our family was pleased with the payments. This process was difficult but he made it happen! When things looked a little bleak, he continued to work hard, dodging every obstacle that came before us, and throwing out a couple of jokes along the way, just to keep the ride pleasant. He did not know the journey he was about to embark on when he met us, but he endured until the end with a smile and witty sense of humor. He did not stop until we were entirely satisfied. I went to Ricart Ford to look for a used Ford Escape that I had seen online. I was referred to David via email; for used vehicles. The one I had seen had already been sold the night before. I told David I wanted an automatic and a vehicle that sits up higher with low to medium mileage and I wanted an Escape. I was driving a 5 speed Chevy Aveo and was ready for a big upgrade. He made my experience a wonderful adventure. He took us thru the lot to look at what was available and there were quite a few to choose from. My son and I both loved the test track, that was cool. I was alittle nervous about how much my payment would be, especially when I am used to buying vehicles with no fancy upgrades because I couldn't afford them at the time. Now I have a wonderful Escape with a moonroof, thats automatic and a bunch of other wonderful features. It drives great and is easy to handle... Love it!!! All I want to do is hop in and drive!!!
