What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I h driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him! We worked with two sales advisors and one of them was fantastic, Brandon K. We were looking for a car under a certain budget and he did the best he could and advised us of a couple that will be ready in fantastic, Brandon K. He didn't try to sell us a vehicle out of our price range, which was a great thing! The other advisor was all about the sale regardless of the price. When we went back to the dealership, we specifically asked for Brandon and advised him of our higher budget. He and his sales manager, Dez, were very helpful in getting a vehicle in our price range, mileage, and condition. Both were very friendly and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout the process. He made the car buying process feel relaxed and not pressured, which is rare. After failing to get to a price I wanted for a 2025, I stopped by the Ricart Used Car Factory the next day to check out the same vehicle (just the 2023 model). I was greeted by Trey, who was friendly, easy going, and ready to look the vehicle up, and get me access to do a test run on the lot. I have to say, the weekend team is really fun to chat with, even if we may not all agree on football teams lol. It was a very relaxed atmosphere that made me feel super comfortable! Trey was awesome, and helped me out 4 days straight! He even stayed past closing the day I signed the line for purchasing. Trey even came back in on his day off (😣) to make sure everything was taken care of correctly. Thank you, Trey! You’re amazing.. and don’t forget the crazy calculator my stepdad had!
