Communication between the sales rep and finance was terrible for the whole experience. I took my car home with a backup loan while I waited for my bank to approve everything since I bought the car over terrible for the whole experience. Communication on the deal before I left was wrong, then once my loan was approved the sales rep told me one thing but them financing called and told me something different. Getting a hold of my sales rep and financing was also very difficult at times. Overall I'm happy with the vehicle but there were multiple issues getting things done between the 2 departments. More

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I h driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. My husband found a car online he liked but after talking with Deshawn, realized it was not the best route. Deshawn made a list of my husband’s top wants and found the perfect car for him!
