Ok although my advisor was off on Saturday and he led me to believe I would have my car on Sat causing 2 day extra car rental. I have a F250 with 9,000 miles and having transmission issues (surging, hard shifting, no power when trying to accelerate). All of these are happening intermittently. First I was told that they could not issues (surging, hard shifting, no power when trying to accelerate). All of these are happening intermittently. First I was told that they could not duplicate the problem (isn't that always what happens when you take a vehicle in?) The I was told that Ford put out a memo stating that "customers perceive an issue with the 10 speed transmission but it is really not an issue, it's normal" I was able to find two lawsuits filed regarding these exact concerns so I know that it is not "normal." I have driven Fords since 1981, and I can honestly say this is the last Ford product I will own. More

Thought the price was a little bit high this time, I was quoted one price, which I thought was high. Then they charged even a higher price, then what I was quoted. I came to the same shop where I purchased my truck. Had great buying experience as well with service. Had check engine light popped on so I went into for check. Had it serviced under warranty requiring me to leave vehicle overnight and asked the service guy to do oil change at the same time. Got call that truck is ready. Turns out they never did the oil change on it. Returned back and the service manager apologized and gave me complimentary oil change on the spot. Appreciate their treatment to us the customers. More
