Dr. Dolly' experience I have been a customer with Rich Ford for some years now. Either purchansing vehicle or oether vechicle services, my experiences have been excellent. The most recent experience at Rich Ford was awesome. There two sales men (Fuad Alsultan and MK), were very nice, respectful, and felt like they understood me as a Native and educated woman. I have have been a customer with Ford for many years and have always been treated well. I have however a complaint about the vehicle that i traded in this last time. I told service department that something was wrong with it, but told me that was normal on these trucks. It would jerk when it shiefted gears. Well, the new doesnt do that. I have also spoken to an attorney about it. I was wondering if this was the reason why i got a call to trade it in, but did the sales transactin without any sound from the dealer/company. More
