This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Rich Ford and overall my experience has been excellent! Each time I was in search of a new vehicle to purchase, I had a criteria for the specifications of Ford and overall my experience has been excellent! Each time I was in search of a new vehicle to purchase, I had a criteria for the specifications of each vehicle and the salemen accomodated my every request. I appreciated that I could tell them what I wanted and they wouldn't try to persuade me otherwise. Of all the local Ford dealerships in NM, Rich Ford is the most friendliest, price competetive and customer-oriented business I have dealt with. Prior to my latest purchase, I shopped around and found that Rich Ford was the only Ford dealership that could make the deal with right price and assure me I was receiving the vehicle exactly the way I wanted. I would most definitely recommend the Rich Ford dealership and Salesman Nathan Deterding to anyone in search of a new vehicle! More
We went to Rich Ford on the recommendation of many people, so were expecting a great customer service experience. Moe was our sales person and was very helpful and friendly, he answered our many quest people, so were expecting a great customer service experience. We finally went in to purchase our vehicle and were severly "low balled" on the value of our trade. We went back and forth a couple of times when we were introduced to the Sales manager by the name of John. He came out and sat down, put his hands behind his head and leaned in the chair and said "We can't give you what you want on your trade because we are giving you such a good price on the Explorer." We explained that two other dealers had already appraised our trade and were willing to give us double what Rich ford was offering. His responce was " Well, I win some and I loose some, I guess I'm loosing this one" He extended his hand and bid us farewell. We were shocked. We walked out and went to Bob Turner Ford and bought our new Explorer for a much better deal I might say. I work at a local Bank, and deal with a lot of people looking for new vehicles, and I will deffinatly NOT be recommending Rich Ford. More

I ran into Ace COoley from Rich Ford and we started talking trucks, and the next thing I know he asks me to come in and see the new 2011 model diesel trucks. They made me a great deal on my 2008 F250, talking trucks, and the next thing I know he asks me to come in and see the new 2011 model diesel trucks. They made me a great deal on my 2008 F250, and I moved up to a new 2011 King Ranch Edition F250 with a small ($25.00/month) change in my monthly payment. The new truck is everything Ace said it was. More horsepower, smoother ride, quietest cab, and alot better gas mileage. I'm glad I was able to work with Ace at Rich Ford. I hadn't planned on uying a truck right away, but Ace made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I got more for my 2008 F250 than the blue book said it was worth, plus with all the new incentives I got a super deal. I'll always go back to Rich Ford. This is my third Super Duty Diesel from Ace at their store. They really do treat you like family, and their service department has never let me down. Chrystal in service is the only person I try and deal with because she always keeps her promises, she's honest and she keeps me up to date with the repairs being done. If I need anything from an oil change to more detailed work I always call Chrystal and get her opinion, and I make it a point to ask for her when I go in. Trust me, having someone you can rely on in service is a big part of truxting your dealership. She never trys to sell me stuff I don't need, she knows the maintenance records of my truck, and she always makes sure I get what I need at a fair price. And having someone like Ace at eh sales department means you'll always have someone who remembers your name and always takes the time to talk to me as a friend, not just a customer. More

I put a chip on my shoulder when I first went on the lot and for that matter when the sales person came out to greet us. I am not ashamed to say that the chip was gone and was replaced with a smile. Our sales man was great but we had problems with our financing and did not get the rate we were told we were going to get we had to go to the dealership 2 times to deal with these issues and another tim financing and did not get the rate we were told we were going to get we had to go to the dealership 2 times to deal with these issues and another time to get a second drive off sticker because the financial person we were working with said he would e mail it to me and did not. Every time I had an issue I called Nathan and even if he was busy he would show up at the dealership and made those 3 extra visits much easier. Thank You Donna Brown. More
I rode to SF with Dr. Helene Valenti,a friend of mine, in her brand new Ford Fusion the same day I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion. I had a 2006 BMW 325i and was considering trading it in for another used 2008 B her brand new Ford Fusion the same day I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion. I had a 2006 BMW 325i and was considering trading it in for another used 2008 BMW with low mileage. I paid less for my brand new Ford Fusion than what I would have paid for a 2008 used BMW. I was highly impressed with the staff, service and professionalism of this dealership. I have never owned a Ford but was instantly impressed and will recommend this dealership to anyone who questions me about my experience at Rich Ford. I am very pleased and satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. I had been looking for a BMW for about 3 months at Sandia BMW and online with a friend of mine who is a private dealer.
