I have two Ford vehicles that I take to Rich Ford service department for routine maintenance and all repair needs. She treats me as an individual rather than just another customer. Crystal is very efficient and I know my vehicle won't "slip through the cracks" but rather get constant attention until it has been repaired properly. Good communication is the best way to feel confident that the most is being done to complete my vehicle promptly and Crystal calls me EVERY day with an update even if she is waiting on parts and I have already been notified that parts have been ordered. If I need a rental car she arranges that too. My schedule demands that I travel throughout the city daily and when the need arises for routine maintenance or repairs on my Ford vehicles I trust no-one but Crystal Switzer at Rich Ford. More

Crystal would call me every single day to let me know what progress was being made, even if we were waiting on parts and no activity was done to my vehicles. The work was always quality, and always done as promptly as possible. I have not had any 'come backs' while taking my vehicles to this dealership. They have never returned a vehicle to me that they did not feel was fully repaired and road ready. For these reasons alone, I have referred at least a half dozen friends and family to Crystal and the Rich Ford service department.
