We started our process over the phone and from then on the customer service was great. The phone calls were returned quickly and never given the run around. Everyone we met was nice and seemed to have a good sense of humor. This had to have been the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. This is the best car-buying experience I've had. There was no pressure and the salesperson, Cody Kenney, went above and beyond. I was pleased to be able to use the advertised employee promotion program that they were having for all their customers at that time. The price was excellent and they did not try to price it up with other promotion program that they were having for all their customers at that time. I enjoyed working with both Mark and Mike while trying to make a deal on my Hyundai Sonata. Mike was especially helpful in getting me the financing and monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He even went out of his way to get me new car mats for my car after they went missing upon purchase. I later found out that he paid for my new mats out of his own pocket, which is almost unheard of, and I was very taken by this. Mike is a stand-out guy in my book, and I will forever be greatful to him for the wonderful service he provided to me. The only complaint that I have about this buying experience was that there was some cosmetic damages to the vehicle that were not mentioned at the time of purchase. Upon washing my vehicle at home for the first time, I found there were several pits on the windshield (8 or 9 to be exact). I also found that the rocker moulding on the passenger side of the vehicle was cracked and missing a piece closer to the rear tire. When I called Rich Ford to present these issues, I was basically told that nothing could be done about the damages. I asked to speak to management. I was told to speak with Used Sales Manager, James Arona. I explained to James the damages I had found, and he asked me to bring in the vehicle to look at it. Upon doing so, he told me that the windshield could not be fixed because the pits had not starred yet. When it came to the rocker moulding, he was hesitant to fix it and hinted that the car was bought "as is". After some deliberation, James said he would "out of good faith" help me fix the moulding. He gave me two options. He said that I could either buy the rocker moulding from the Hyundai dealership across the street, get the part painted, and he would have his guys install the part onto my vehicle. Or, I could go to J & E Body Shop down the street (off of Wyoming), and get all the body work done there and he would pay for 1/2 the bill. I have to say, I was extremely disappointed by the fact that Rich Ford was unwilling to front the entire bill and only offered to pay 1/2. Especially since the bill totaled a whopping $547.60! I did however decide to go through with the J & E Body Shop offer, but I still feel that I should not have had to pay a penny since the car was GUARANTEED to not have any damages to it when I bought it. Overall, I'd have to say this whole experience wiped all the joy out of my "first-time buying experience". =( More
I had a good experience here. Nathan worked with me on the car and I felt he was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealer to friend and family and especially Nathan.
