Trying to do repairs and keep a very large crew going from 1300+ miles away is a challenge, and Rich Ford did everything they possibly could to help out. They did the repairs in a timely manner, returned phone calls, even went out of their way by taking a driver to the airport and picking up parts for another repair they were'nt even doing!
