Awesome buying experience Rich catena We visited Rich Catena because it's a USAA certified dealership. We also knew we wanted a 2015 MB GLK350 4matic. Before visiting, I cal Rich catena We visited Rich Catena because it's a USAA certified dealership. We also knew we wanted a 2015 MB GLK350 4matic. Before visiting, I called to speak to Peter, the USAA rep for this program. Peter was not available but Lauren was very pleasant and able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle and dealership. She also scheduled an appointment with Peter on the next day that he was available. Upon arriving to the dealership, it's quickly apparent that all cars in a warehouse. We were greeted by friendly staff who took us to Peter's office. We waited a minimal amount of time for Peter and the car was brought to the "viewing area." Peter did not attempt to show off features, advantages, etc for this model like a typical salesman and we appreciate him not wasting any time. The warehouse is in an industrial area but there are plenty of roads just a few mins away for test driving. After the test drive, we decided the car would fit our needs and discussed purchasing options with Peter. USAA provides True Car pricing and discounts for using an approved dealer. There were no hidden fees or haggling which made it easy bc we agreed that the price was right and in our budget. After agreeing to the purchase, Peter helped us through the USAA auto loan application. We were approved in minutes, Lauren had the paperwork completed very quickly and after some introduction to the vehicle features from Peter, we were able to drive home that day! This was our first dealership purchase in years and we were very happy that we purchased from Peter at Rich Catena. He is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable about cars and the industry as a whole. We highly appreciate his helpful demeanor and plan to use his services again in the future. More
