I bought my van about 3 weeks ago. My salesman was Kevin Brown and he was AWESOME. Before I went to the dealership, I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I was a woman and I felt like I was going to ge Brown and he was AWESOME. Before I went to the dealership, I was a bit hesitant due to the fact that I was a woman and I felt like I was going to get misused. That was not the case at all when I met Kevin. He answered all of my questions and I could tell that he was really there to help me and not hurt me. I went there just thinking I was going to look at vehicles and a few hours later I left with my NEW USED van. Although it was used, it was new to me. It even looks like a brand new van considering it is 4 years old. Richards Honda does a very good job with their certified used cars. I was at the dealership from 11 am to 6 pm. I had to drive back on the next day at my expense because I didn't have an inspection sticker and I was missing the center piece on my rim. I contacted the dealership because the hood on the car doesn't close tight and the paint is a different color from the rest of the car. I only wanted the issue resolved. I was informed that they will only adjust the hood or buy the vehicle back from me. The service is poor! More
