Worst service Experience ever The new Richardson Chevrolet, Gladwin had my vehicle in shop for 8 days for new tires, front end alignment, and 1 new tierod. I received a message mid The new Richardson Chevrolet, Gladwin had my vehicle in shop for 8 days for new tires, front end alignment, and 1 new tierod. I received a message mid week that the work was complete and was quoted the amount due. When I returned this call I was told work had not even begun. I was not offered a loner and finally had to ask for one in the 5th day! Went to pick up on the 8th day. Unloaded daughter and car seat, loaded her into my vehicle drove off...front end alignment had not been done. Drove back, moved my child again from one car to the other and was told..."you are next in line" this process has been nothing but chaos from the moment I walked in on Monday April 22nd. Today is April 28th and I still do not have my car. There is no excuse for such poor service. Thus dealership is in transition of ownership and the service person in charge of communicating with the public had no idea what was going on. More
