Took back 2 more times. Air conditioning did not work after fchanging battery. Then after getting air conditioning to work climate control temperature did not work. Reprog Air conditioning did not work after fchanging battery. Then after getting air conditioning to work climate control temperature did not work. Reprogramming then cured that problem. I've been a customer since 2000 (before Richardson's) and have purchased 3 pickups over the years. I've always been happy until 8/22. I had a message about my brakes on the dashboard, brought the PU in for have purchased 3 pickups over the years. I've always been happy until 8/22. I had a message about my brakes on the dashboard, brought the PU in for diagnosis and received a $150 bill an d a $600 estimate to replace my rear brakes. The $150 wasn't applied to the repair bill as is often the case in dealerships. I've never had such an expensive bill for diagnosis. I realize this was to pay for technician time, but as soon as the tech diagnosed the problem I should have been made aware and the diagnosis charge should have been rolled into the final cost of $600. BTW, this cost, including the $150 is $350.00 more than another local auto shop, which is where I'm going to have the job done. More
